Macromolecular NMR (BCMP 228) Fall 2008 Instructors: G. Wagner, J. Chou, J. Sun, G. Heffron, D. Frueh, K. Oxenoid. Description: This course will teach basic principles and skills of macromolecular NMR, in particular on protein. The goal is to teach basic principles of pulsed NMR, to understand the mechanisms of the most common NMR experiments and to provide the opportunity to write pulse sequences that can be executed on NMR spectrometers. After a few introductory lessons we will alternate between theory and workshop sessions. The workshop sessions will focus on writing executable pulse programs.Time: - Lectures: Monday and Friday 2:00 - 3:30 pm
